Leadership, Mentoring & Workplace Wellbeing
Independent leadership mentoring, organisational support, facilitated away days and workplace wellbeing, grounded in senior commercial and Chief Executive experience.
I have worked as a Chief Executive, Managing Director and Commercial Director, advised Boards and senior leaders, recruited into senior roles and led teams through growth and change.
Today, I bring that experience together through leadership consultancy, mentoring and workplace wellbeing. My work is practical, personal and shaped around what will make the greatest difference to the individual, team or organisation.
Leadership can be rewarding, but it can also be isolating.
I provide one-to-one mentoring for senior and emerging leaders who value having an experienced, independent sounding board.
My role is not to tell people how to lead. It is to create the space to think clearly, work through difficult decisions, challenge assumptions and develop an approach to leadership that feels effective, confident and sustainable.
Mentoring can be particularly valuable during periods of change, increased responsibility, organisational growth, difficult team dynamics or when someone is stepping into a more senior role for the first time.
Sessions are available in person or online, with the approach and frequency shaped around the individual.
Talk to me about leadership mentoring
Sometimes what is needed is broader than mentoring.
Organisations do not always need a large consultancy project. Sometimes a Chief Executive, Board or senior team needs an experienced external perspective to help untangle a specific issue, strengthen how the team works or turn difficult conversations into practical action.
I provide tailored support in areas including:
My approach is practical and tailored. I do not arrive with a fixed programme or a model that has to fit every organisation.
We begin with what is happening, what needs to change and what would be most useful. From there, I shape the support around the organisation and the outcomes it wants to achieve.
Talk to me about consultancy support
A good away day should create genuine space for people to think, talk and work differently together.
I design and facilitate leadership and team sessions around the issues that matter to the organisation. This might include strategy, team effectiveness, ways of working, leadership development or navigating a period of change.
The aim is for people to leave with greater clarity, stronger alignment and practical actions that continue beyond the day itself.
Where it adds value, I can also incorporate breathwork, movement or wellbeing practices. This can help create a different pace, support more thoughtful conversations and make the experience feel genuinely removed from the usual working environment.

Wellbeing should support working life, not become another demand on people’s time.
Workplace wellbeing is most valuable when it responds to the realities of people’s working lives, rather than becoming another initiative they are expected to fit into an already busy day.
Drawing on my experience of establishing and leading Cavendish Wellbeing, I provide practical, tailored sessions for organisations, including:
Sessions can be delivered as a one-off, as part of a wider event or as a regular programme for a team.
My aim is to make wellbeing accessible, useful and realistic, helping people manage pressure, reconnect with their bodies and create healthier ways of working.
Talk to me about workplace wellbeingSenior roles can carry a particular kind of pressure.
I provide confidential, individual wellbeing support for leaders whose responsibilities leave little space to pause, recover and look after their own wellbeing.
Sessions are shaped around the individual and may include restorative movement, yoga, breathwork or holistic massage to help ease physical and mental strain.
This support can sit alongside leadership mentoring or be arranged as a standalone service.
Talk to me about leadership wellbeingI have advised Boards, recruited senior leaders, led commercial teams, held P&L responsibility and spent more than six years as a charity Chief Executive.
I understand leadership from the inside: the competing priorities, difficult decisions, responsibility for other people and pressure to keep performing when capacity is stretched.
I also understand the realities of balancing significant professional responsibility with family life as a single parent, and how easily competing demands can become unsustainable over time.
My approach combines organisational understanding with attention to the person doing the leading. It is practical, thoughtful and tailored to what will genuinely help.
