Yoga
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, sessions are shaped around your body, your goals and how you are feeling on the day. Some are slow, grounding and restorative. Others are more dynamic, building strength, balance and stamina through flowing movement and breath-led practice. I work with clients across Sheffield, Manchester, Chesterfield and the wider Peak District, creating sessions that feel personalised and intuitive.
Each session is tailored entirely to you and how you want to feel in your body. Practices may include flowing Vinyasa movement, Pilates-inspired core work, balance postures, mobility and flexibility work, breath-led stretching and grounding restorative elements, depending on your goals and energy levels that day.
Whether you are looking to build strength and confidence, improve flexibility and balance, deepen your practice or simply create space to slow down and reconnect, I will guide you towards where you want to be.
For a truly personalised experience, yoga and massage can be combined into one beautifully unhurried session.
We might begin with gentle movement to create space within the body before moving into massage, allowing your muscles to soften more deeply and your mind to fully unwind. Every session is thoughtfully tailored around how you're feeling and what you need that day.
These bespoke experiences are available in my private Bakewell space or, where suitable, in the comfort of your own home.
Sessions take place at a time and location that works for you, across Sheffield, Manchester, Chesterfield and the Peak District. This might be in your home, garden or another private space, with outdoor sessions also possible during the warmer months.
For those who prefer to come to me, I also offer sessions in a beautiful private space in Bakewell, designed for private teaching or for two people to enjoy a more personal practice together.
Suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners. Some people come to yoga to build strength and mobility, others to manage stress, support recovery or create dedicated time to move and breathe without distraction. Sessions are welcoming, non-intimidating and adapted entirely to your level and experience.
Balance and stability are often a focus within sessions, helping to build strength, body awareness and calm concentration. Depending on what you are looking for, practices can include slower supported holds, flowing sequences, core-focused work, mobility training and more challenging postures explored progressively over time.
The aim is never perfection, but creating a practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected and more at ease in your body.
I am also available for yoga retreats, workshops and group sessions further afield, including while travelling. If you have something in mind, get in touch to discuss what might be possible.
